ZINKPOWER Neumünster provides hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and colour coating to guarantee comprehensive corrosion protection for metal and steel structures. Electroplating, galvanizing and zinc phosphating are further services offered by our northernmost company. We coat steel, hot-dip galvanized steel (ZINKPOWER Coating Systems) and aluminium in our state-of-the-art powder coating plant.
Hot-dip galvanizing:
We also galvanize standard-length pipes and rods (6 m / 12 m) and assume responsibility for shipping and bundling for warehouse storage on request. Deliveries to end customers on request.

The type of powder coating is matched to the requirements of the respective corrosivity category (up to C5-M) at the installation site and is tested by renowned research institutes. The protective life of our ZINKPOWER Coating Systems is significantly longer than that of corrosion protection systems prepared by sweeping or the application of zinc phosphate to the surface treatment. And in line with our mission statement – simple, perfect, reliable – hot-dip galvanizing is offered with powder coating as a one-stop service under one roof.
